a distributor of specialty building products in
Estimator:
Read and interpret specifications and plans
Complete take-off of Division 8 & 10 products for competitive bid
Two years minimum industry experience
Project Manager:
Prepare submittals for approval
Project coordination through close-out
Bring projects in at or under budget
Minimum five years industry experience
Job Requirements:
Candidates must be hard-working and customer oriented
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Work well in a team environment
Computer skills, including AVAproject, AVAcad and MS-Office preferred
AHC/CDC preferred, but not required
