Dover Building Supply, Inc. is a distributor of specialty building products in Delaware and surrounding areas. Our door and hardware division is growing, and we have immediate openings for the following positions:

Estimator:
• Read and interpret specifications and plans
• Complete “take-off” of Division 8 & 10 products for competitive bid
• Two years minimum industry experience

Project Manager:
• Prepare submittals for approval
• Project coordination through close-out
• Bring projects in at or under budget
• Minimum five years industry experience

Job Requirements:
• Candidates must be hard-working and customer oriented
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Work well in a team environment
• Computer skills, including AVAproject, AVAcad and MS-Office preferred
• AHC/CDC preferred, but not required
